Electronics & Communication along with computer engineering has made this world flat. The importance of the subject is more evident today in the evolution of consumer and industrial electronics that has undergone a sea-change.

We aim at quality teaching so as to stimulate intellectual curiosity, creativity and innovativeness of the students. With a dedicated team consisting of highly qualified and experienced faculty members in all streams of mechanical engineering, the department aims at providing education and research of world-class level. The department is broadly divided into three academic groups: Design engineering, Production engineering and Thermal engineering. The department has an excellent placement record and many of our alumni are holding top positions in government and private sectors.
